Customer Success Associate - Remote Work

Job Description:

Altria Group is seeking a part-time Customer Success Associate to work remotely from Dubai, UAE. As an Entry Level position, this role requires at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field. The ideal candidate will be energetic, motivated, possess strong leadership skills, and have the ability to persuade customers effectively.

Responsibilities: - Build strong relationships with customers through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Provide support to customers via phone, email, and chat, resolving any issues or concerns they may have - Develop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to provide accurate information to customers - Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience from onboarding to retention - Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field - 1+ years of experience in customer service or a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate others - Persuasive skills to influence customer behavior and drive retention
