Job Description:
US Foods Holding is seeking a Customer Success Officer to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Dubai, AE. As an Entry Level Customer Success Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our customers.
Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and support - Build strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals - Provide training and assistance to customers on how to best utilize our products and services - Proactively reach out to customers to gather feedback and address any issues or concerns - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction - Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Assist in the development of customer success strategies and initiatives
Requirements: - Motivated and resilient individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment - Excellent persuasion and leadership skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams - Strong organizational and time-management skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred - No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the role
