As a Customer Success Representative at CBRE Group, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely from Dubai, with flexible part-time hours and a supportive team environment.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals - Provide personalized support and guidance to clients, ensuring they get the most out of our services - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and improve overall customer experience - Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement - Deliver engaging presentations to clients and prospects to showcase the value of our solutions
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Confident and resilient personality traits - Strong strategic planning and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
