Customer Success Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Delek US Holdings is seeking a Customer Success Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Entry Level Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional service and support.

Responsibilities: - Proactively reach out to customers to understand their needs and provide solutions - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer feedback and improve the overall customer experience - Monitor customer accounts and provide regular updates on account status - Assist with onboarding new customers and training them on our products and services - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role - Resourceful and dedicated personality traits - Strong teamwork and planning skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
