Customer Success Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Success Specialist. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Success Specialist at Cincinnati Financial, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our customers by providing top-notch support and service.

Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of assigned customers and ensure their needs are met in a timely and satisfactory manner - Build strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving - Proactively reach out to customers to provide assistance and address any issues or concerns they may have - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are resolved efficiently and effectively - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to customers - Monitor customer satisfaction metrics and take action to improve as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role - Strong adaptability and ability to work independently - Excellent teamwork and negotiation skills - Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer expectations - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
