Job Description:
Erie Insurance Group is seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Success Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be a remote work opportunity based in Dubai, UAE. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued customers.
Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance their overall experience with our products and services - Proactively reach out to customers to address any concerns or issues they may have - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to ensure they are maximizing the benefits of our offerings - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement - Create and implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty - Assist in onboarding new customers and providing ongoing support throughout their journey with us - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and KPIs
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer success or related role - Hardworking and resilient attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Excellent persuasion and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet - Experience working remotely and managing customers virtually - Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
