Job Description - Customer Support Associate - Remote Work


Job Description:


Cardinal Health is seeking a part-time Customer Support Associate to join our team in Dubai, AE. This position will be remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Communicate with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms to provide support and assistance - Quickly and accurately resolve customer issues, escalating as needed to ensure a positive customer experience - Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer complaints and provide feedback for product improvements - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Confident and resourceful with strong problem-solving skills - Attention to detail and ability to innovate solutions to complex problems - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in using CRM software and other customer support tools - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
