Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


Sealed Air is seeking a Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis with remote work opportunities in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer support or a related field, the ideal candidate will be independent, reliable, detail-oriented, and possess strong decision-making skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure exceptional service delivery to our clients - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor customer feedback and address any issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Analyze data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to drive business growth - Provide regular reports to senior management on key performance indicators and customer satisfaction metrics


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field - Proven experience in a customer support role, preferably in a managerial capacity - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach - Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work - Ability to make decisions under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
