Job Description - Customer Support Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:


SpartanNash is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team. This is a part-time remote position, based in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 5 years of relevant experience and possess the necessary skills to excel in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Manage the customer support team and ensure exceptional service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues in a timely manner - Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance - Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and workflows - Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Create reports and presentations for senior management - Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in customer support management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and leadership abilities - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Confident and independent personality traits - Presentation and creativity soft skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer support software - Knowledge of market research techniques and data analysis - Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends as needed
