Job Description:
Edison International is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Dubai, UAE. As an Associate level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage a team of customer support representatives, ensuring effective communication, training, and performance evaluations. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates. 3. Oversee the resolution of customer complaints and escalations in a timely and professional manner. 4. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience. 5. Monitor key performance indicators, analyze data, and prepare reports for management review. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve customer support operations. 7. Provide leadership and mentorship to team members to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer support management role. 3. Energetic and reliable personality traits. 4. Strong communication and innovation skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software. 8. Knowledge of customer support best practices and industry standards.
