Job Description:
Publix Super Markets is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team in a remote work position based in Dubai, AE. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support representatives to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer support experience - Manage and lead a team of customer support representatives, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner - Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues - Oversee the development and implementation of customer support policies and procedures - Track and report on key performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and support team performance - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in customer support
Requirements: - 7+ years of experience in customer support or a related field - Proven experience in a management or leadership role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Resilient and resourceful personality - Excellent presentation and attention to detail skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred)
