Job Description:
CenterPoint Energy is seeking a part-time Customer Support Manager who can work remotely from Dubai. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a customer support role. The successful candidate should possess the personality traits of resilience and confidence, as well as demonstrate strong soft skills in people management and analysis.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote customer support representatives, ensuring they meet performance targets and provide excellent service to customers - Monitor and analyze customer support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Develop and implement customer support strategies to enhance the customer experience and increase customer satisfaction - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and improve overall customer support processes - Create and deliver regular reports on customer support performance to senior management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 5+ years of experience in customer support, with at least 2 years in a managerial role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Proficiency in customer support software and tools - Ability to work independently in a remote setting
