Job Description - Customer Support Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:


Berkshire Hathaway is seeking a Customer Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be remote, allowing for flexibility in work location. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction 5. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies 6. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed


Requirements: 1. Hardworking and resilient attitude 2. Strong adaptability to changing situations 3. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks 4. Able to work independently and efficiently 5. Excellent communication skills 6. High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred but not required)
