Customer Support Officer - Remote Work

Spirit AeroSystems Holdings is seeking a skilled Customer Support Officer to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. This role requires a confident and resourceful individual with excellent project management skills and a creative approach to problem-solving.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, ordering, and troubleshooting - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and provide effective solutions - Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on inquiries and resolving any outstanding issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify trends and opportunities for improvement in customer support processes - Adhere to company policies and procedures in all customer interactions

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer support role - Confident and resourceful personality traits - Strong project management skills - Creativity in problem-solving and finding solutions - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
