Job Description:
Navistar International is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Dubai. This position is remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a professional and timely manner. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues through phone, email, and chat communication channels. 3. Closely monitor customer accounts and ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other team members to develop solutions to customer problems. 5. Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system. 6. Continuously strive to exceed customer expectations and enhance the overall customer experience. 7. Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Resourceful and confident personality traits. 3. Strong persuasion and strategic planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
