Job Description - Customer Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:


Genworth Financial is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position offers the opportunity to work remotely, providing support to our customers from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level role, we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field.


Responsibilities: - Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with product information, account inquiries, and issue resolution - Work closely with other departments to ensure customer needs are met - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions - Utilize a variety of software tools to document customer interactions and resolutions - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals and quality assurance standards - Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance the customer experience


Requirements: - Resourceful and adaptable, able to think on your feet and solve problems creatively - Excellent decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment - Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, working effectively with colleagues and other departments - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other customer service software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
