Customer Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

A-Mark Precious Metals is seeking a Customer Support Representative to join our team remotely in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, order processing, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments - Stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and procedures

Requirements: - Adaptability and drive to succeed in a remote work environment - Excellent presentation and strategic planning skills - Strong communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
