Customer Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:

Masco is seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Support Representative to join our team on a remote part-time basis in Dubai, AE. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary focus will be assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive overall experience.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide product information, troubleshoot technical issues, and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department. 3. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 4. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues promptly. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a cohesive customer support experience. 6. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Creativity in finding solutions to customer issues. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
