Job Description - Customer Support Representative - Remote Work

Job Description:


Lincoln National is currently seeking a motivated and resourceful Customer Support Representative to join our team on a part-time, remote basis in Dubai, AE. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries and issues through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and policies. 3. Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting, and technical support as needed. 4. Document customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system for future reference. 5. Collaborate with other team members to proactively identify and address customer needs and concerns. 6. Maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with customers to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. 7. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores. 8. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance customer service skills.


Requirements: 1. Motivated and resourceful individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. 2. Strong project management and planning skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively. 3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach. 4. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not mandatory. 5. Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus but not required.
