Job Description:
Commercial Metals is seeking a part-time Customer Support Representative to work remotely in Abu Dhabi. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support. The ideal candidate will be reliable and confident with strong leadership and innovation skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Provide information about products and services, assist with orders, and resolve any customer issues or complaints. 3. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience. 5. Leverage data to inform decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach. 3. Ability to work independently and remotely. 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
