Job Description:
Lear is seeking a reliable and resilient Customer Support Representative to join our team in a remote work position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As an Associate Level Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their overall satisfaction.
Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers - Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction - Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to drive repeat business - Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience - Document all customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically - Negotiation skills to handle customer complaints and find win-win solutions - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
