Job Description - Customer Support Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:


S&P Global is seeking a dynamic and energetic Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients in the Dubai region. This role requires a high level of resourcefulness and strategic planning skills to effectively address customer needs and inquiries.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing timely and accurate support via phone, email, and online chat - Troubleshooting technical issues and escalating complex problems to the appropriate team - Proactively identifying opportunities to improve customer experience and drive customer satisfaction - Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues - Utilizing data and analytics to inform strategic decisions and optimize customer support processes


Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Energetic and resourceful personality traits with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service - Strong soft skills in strategic planning and innovation - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment - Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
