AutoNation, a leading automotive retailer in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a dynamic and driven Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a remote part-time basis. As a Associate Level Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Coordinate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals set by the company - Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve overall customer experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Persuasion and strategic planning skills - Driven and resilient personality traits - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
