Old Republic International is seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Support Specialist to join our team on a remote part-time basis in Dubai, AE. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with product information, order status, and account inquiries. 3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with products or services. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 6. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members. 7. Provide feedback to the management team on ways to improve customer experience.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Persuasive communication skills to guide customers towards solutions. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. 7. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment.
