We are looking for a resourceful and dedicated Live Chat Associate to join our team at TJX, a leading retail company. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Dubai, Dubai, AE. Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service through live chat support to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and product information - Respond promptly and professionally to customer messages, resolving any concerns or escalating them to the appropriate department - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience across all communication channels - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database - Assist in identifying trends and opportunities for improvement in customer service processes - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or sales role - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Excellent attention to detail and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in using live chat software and other communication tools - Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule - Resourceful and proactive in finding solutions to customer inquiries
