Job Description:
ConAgra Foods is currently seeking a talented and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team on a part-time basis, with the opportunity to work remotely from Abu Dhabi, AE. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 8 years of experience in customer service and chat management, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our live chat platform to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through live chat - Manage a team of live chat agents, providing training, guidance, and support as needed - Monitor chat conversations to ensure quality and consistency in responses - Analyze chat data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Work closely with other departments to align live chat initiatives with overall business goals - Troubleshoot technical issues and escalate as necessary - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat management - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience across all channels
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience - Proven track record of success in live chat management, preferably in a remote work setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Resourceful and hardworking attitude - Demonstrated cooperation and presentation skills - Proficiency in chat management software and other relevant tools - Familiarity with customer service best practices and industry standards
