Job Description:
Dillard’s is looking for a part-time Live Chat Officer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through live chat support.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner via live chat. 2. Assist customers with product recommendations, order tracking, and any other questions they may have. 3. Provide personalized support to ensure a positive customer experience and drive customer satisfaction. 4. Utilize strong communication skills to convey information effectively and efficiently. 5. Collaborate with other team members to share knowledge and best practices for customer service. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to better assist customers. 8. Uphold Dillard’s values and customer service standards in all interactions.
Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Hardworking and energetic personality traits. 3. Strong decision-making skills and emotional intelligence. 4. Excellent written communication skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 6. Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer service tools. 7. Flexibility to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends.
