Live Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Clorox is seeking a motivated and reliable Live Chat Officer to join our team in a remote work capacity based in Dubai. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat channels. This part-time role requires a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience at the Associate level.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner through live chat. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and accurate messaging to customers. 4. Utilize project management skills to prioritize and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously. 5. Work closely with other departments to escalate customer issues as needed and follow up on resolutions. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 7. Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge through ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or similar role. 2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3. Strong project management and teamwork skills. 4. Reliable and motivated individual with a positive attitude. 5. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment. 6. Proficiency in using live chat and customer support software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
