Live Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Live Chat Officer to join our team at BlackRock. This is a remote part-time position based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, with the opportunity for growth and advancement within our company.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account management, product recommendations, and general inquiries. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Identify and escalate any urgent or unresolved issues to the appropriate department. 5. Analyze customer feedback to improve our services and products. 6. Stay up to date on industry trends and developments to provide accurate information to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively. 3. Demonstrated innovation and analytical skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment. 5. Proficiency in using live chat software and other communication tools. 6. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
