Live Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Global Partners, a leading company in Abu Dhabi, is seeking a motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Live Chat Officer on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home while still making a valuable contribution to our team.

Responsibilities: - Manage live chat interactions with customers in a professional and friendly manner - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and efficiently - Work closely with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalations - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and retention - Follow company guidelines and procedures for handling customer interactions - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures for live chat support

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role - Energetic and hardworking personality traits - Strong communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - Excellent problem-solving skills - Strong teamwork and planning abilities - Proficiency in using live chat software and other communication tools - Ability to maintain a positive attitude under pressure - High attention to detail
