Live Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Crown Holdings is seeking a motivated and driven Live Chat Officer to join our remote team in Dubai. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through online chat platforms.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a timely and professional manner through live chat. 2. Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing and resolving any issues or concerns effectively. 3. Proactively engage with customers to promote products, services, and special promotions. 4. Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex customer issues as needed. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Assist in monitoring and analyzing chat performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or related role. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to convey information clearly and concisely. 3. Proficiency in using online chat platforms and multitasking while engaging with customers. 4. Strategic planning and critical thinking skills to effectively address customer needs and concerns. 5. Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. 6. Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow processes and procedures accurately. 7. Fluent in English, with additional languages being a plus. 8. A high school diploma or equivalent.
