Live Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

iHeartMedia is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Live Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Live Chat Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through our live chat platform.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to address their inquiries and provide timely assistance - Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and professionally - Gather and document customer feedback to improve our products and services - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers - Meet and exceed performance metrics for response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers in a written format - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment - Driven and self-motivated to achieve and exceed performance targets - Strong strategic planning skills to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively
