Live Chat Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Spectra Energy is currently seeking a highly motivated and energetic Live Chat Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This is a remote work opportunity based in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, AE. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities: - Engage with customers via live chat to provide support and assistance in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues efficiently and effectively - Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills - Maintain a positive and energetic attitude while communicating with customers - Adhere to company policies and procedures when handling customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service - Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements: - Energetic and independent personality traits - Strong decision-making and adaptability skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote work environment - Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred - Prior experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is a plus
