NextEra Energy is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join our team as a Live Chat Representative. This is a remote work position based in Dubai, offering part-time hours. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required - we are looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow with our company.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately through live chat - Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and concerns - Assist customers with product information, order status, billing inquiries, and technical support - Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times - Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and effective customer support

Requirements: - Must be passionate and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively engage with customers - Innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box - Excellent people management skills to handle various customer interactions - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficient in computer skills, including typing and navigating online platforms
