Job Description:
As a Live Chat Representative at PepsiCo, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat support. This role will be conducted remotely, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home in Dubai. This part-time entry-level position is ideal for individuals with no prior experience who are reliable and resilient with a strong creative and critical thinking ability.
Responsibilities: - Engage with customers through live chat to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support in a timely and professional manner - Utilize your creativity and critical thinking skills to identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience - Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer concerns - Keep accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers - Strive to meet and exceed performance goals and customer satisfaction targets
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment - Comfortable with technology and proficient in typing and navigating online systems - Must be reliable, resilient, creative, and possess strong critical thinking skills - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
