Job Description:
Flydubai is seeking a confident and passionate Live Chat Specialist to join our team in a remote work position. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through our live chat platform.
Responsibilities: 1. Engage with customers in real-time through live chat to provide support, answer questions, and assist with bookings. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally. 3. Utilize company resources and knowledge base to provide accurate information to customers. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Monitor chat performance and metrics to continually improve service quality. 6. Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions to effectively assist customers. 7. Adapt to changing customer needs and preferences to deliver personalized support. 8. Make informed decisions to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed. 9. Handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. 10. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements and optimization of chat services.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related field. 2. Confident and passionate personality traits. 3. Strong adaptability skills to thrive in a remote work environment. 4. Proven decision-making abilities in fast-paced situations. 5. Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a virtual team. 7. Proficiency in using chat software and customer service platforms. 8. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. 9. Experience in the travel industry or airline industry is a plus. 10. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
