Live Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic Live Chat Specialist to join our team at Gap. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat interactions. This is a remote part-time position located in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi, AE.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat. 2. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and promotions. 3. Assist customers with placing orders and processing returns. 4. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner. 5. Engage with customers to build rapport and increase customer satisfaction. 6. Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer service experience.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to type quickly and accurately. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask. 4. Adaptable and resilient personality traits. 5. Proficient in using live chat software and online customer service platforms. 6. Soft skills in presentation and decision-making.
