Live Chat Specialist - Remote Work

Job Description:

Paccar is seeking a motivated and energetic Live Chat Specialist to join our team remotely in Abu Dhabi. As a part-time Associate Level position, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through live chat interactions.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance in a professional and timely manner via live chat - Resolve customer issues, complaints, and inquiries effectively - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Document all interactions and maintain accurate records - Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong teamwork and cooperation skills - Energetic and motivated personality - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency with live chat software and customer service platforms - Flexible schedule to accommodate part-time hours
