Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and energetic Remote Account Support Assistant to join our team at Chesapeake Energy. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing remote support to our account management team in Abu Dhabi. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth within the company.
Responsibilities: - Assist with account management tasks remotely, including data entry, report generation, and customer communication. - Conduct research to support account managers in developing strategic plans for client accounts. - Provide leadership in coordinating with team members to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks. - Assist in organizing and maintaining digital files and records for client accounts. - Support account managers in meeting deadlines and achieving KPIs.
Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote environment. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software programs. - Experience in the energy industry is a plus.

Soft Skills: - Strong research skills to support account managers in developing strategies. - Leadership abilities to coordinate tasks and ensure team success.
