Remote Account Support Assistant

Essendant, a leading distributor of workplace essentials, is seeking a Remote Account Support Assistant to join our team in Dubai, AE. This is a part-time entry-level position ideal for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.

As a Remote Account Support Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our clients and assist with account management tasks. This includes responding to customer inquiries via phone and email, processing orders, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system. You will also work closely with our Account Managers to ensure client satisfaction and assist with special projects as needed.

To excel in this role, you must be motivated and resourceful, with excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage relationships with clients. You should have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently in a remote setting. Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software is preferred.
