Account Support Assistant - Work from home

Job description:

We are looking for a motivated and driven Account Support Assistant to join our team at 3M. This is a work-from-home part-time position based in Dubai, UAE. As an Associate Level Account Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our account managers and clients.

Responsibilities: - Assist account managers in managing client accounts and maintaining relationships - Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings - Handle client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner - Support in the coordination of marketing campaigns and events - Assist in monitoring client satisfaction and feedback - Update and maintain client databases and files - Provide general administrative support as needed

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a similar role - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong decision-making abilities - Creative thinking and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - High school diploma or equivalent required
