As an Account Support Associate at Molina Healthcare in Abu Dhabi, your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative and operational support to the Account Management team. You will work closely with Account Managers to ensure the smooth and efficient running of client accounts, as well as providing excellent customer service to clients.
Responsibilities: - Assist Account Managers in managing client accounts, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction - Maintain and update client records and documentation accurately and in a timely manner - Coordinate with internal departments to ensure all client requests are handled efficiently - Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other materials for client meetings - Provide support with scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and other administrative tasks as required - Work collaboratively with the Account Management team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is a plus - Personality traits: dedicated, resilient - Soft skills: teamwork, project management
