Remote Account Support Associate

**Job Description:**

CenturyLink is seeking a Remote Account Support Associate to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The Remote Account Support Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients remotely. This part-time position at the associate level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

**Responsibilities:** - Provide account support to customers via phone, email, and other digital platforms. - Assist customers with account inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide solutions to enhance their experience. - Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to customers. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Stay up-to-date on product offerings and industry trends to better assist customers. - Meet and exceed key performance indicators and targets set by management.

**Requirements:** - Energetic and confident personality traits. - Strong adaptability and persuasion skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a remote environment. - Previous experience in a customer service or account support role. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
