Remote Account Support Associate

Job Description:

Hormel Foods is seeking a Remote Account Support Associate to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a part-time Associate Level employee, you will play a vital role in providing support to our account management team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess a high level of energy and motivation.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide remote support to account managers in managing customer accounts 2. Assist in processing orders and coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery 3. Communicate with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner 4. Monitor account performance and provide recommendations for improvement 5. Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for growing accounts 6. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for client meetings 7. Participate in team meetings and contribute towards achieving departmental goals

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field 2. 3+ years of experience in account support or customer service 3. Strong project management skills and the ability to multitask effectively 4. Excellent cooperation and teamwork skills 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
