Account Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Univar is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Account Support Associate. This is a part-time, work from home position based in Dubai, UAE. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 1 year of experience in a customer service or administrative role.

Responsibilities: 1. Provide support to the Account Managers by assisting with client communication, order processing, and data entry. 2. Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients. 3. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner. 4. Maintain client records and update databases with relevant information. 5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and assist in developing and implementing sales strategies. 6. Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management review. 7. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to better serve clients.

Requirements: 1. Confident and passionate individual who is eager to learn and grow within the company. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Strong organization and time management skills. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite. 6. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
