Account Support Associate - Work from home

Job Description: Marsh & McLennan is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Account Support Associate to join our team in Dubai. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to work from home.

Responsibilities: - Provide support to account managers in managing client accounts and coordinating client communications - Assist in preparing client presentations and reports - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services to clients - Conduct research and data analysis to support account management activities - Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and processing paperwork - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the company's database

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite - Experience with CRM software is a plus - Driven and adaptable personality traits
