Account Support Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Account Support Manager to join our team at Goodyear Tire & Rubber in Abu Dhabi. As an Associate Level position, the Account Support Manager will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our key accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and issues - Develop and implement strategies to increase client satisfaction and retention - Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to internal stakeholders - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for account growth - Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends and competitor activity - Support the negotiation of contracts and agreements with clients - Provide input on product development and marketing campaigns based on client feedback - Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients - Handle any escalations or disputes with clients in a professional and timely manner

Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in a similar role - Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic - Excellent research and negotiation skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
