Account Support Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and resilient Account Support Manager to join Abbott Laboratories in Abu Dhabi. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, this role requires at least 6 years of experience in account management and support. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage people.

Responsibilities: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in Abu Dhabi. 2. Provide support to the sales team in achieving revenue targets. 3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. 4. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. 5. Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and issue resolution. 6. Develop and implement strategies to drive account growth and profitability.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Proven track record in account management and support. 3. Strong leadership and people management skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 6. Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus.
