Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Account Support Manager to join our team at Dubai Electricity and Water Authority. As an Account Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and supporting key client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, proactively address any issues, and provide exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities: - Manage and support key client accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all client inquiries and requests - Develop strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and working to exceed their expectations - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients - Analyze client data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth - Provide ongoing support and training to clients to ensure they are maximizing the value of our products and services - Monitor client satisfaction and retention rates, developing strategies to maintain and improve customer loyalty - Prepare regular reports and updates on client accounts for management review
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - Minimum of 6 years of experience in account management or customer support - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven track record of managing and growing client accounts - Resourceful and energetic personality traits - Ability to work well in a team and cooperate effectively with colleagues - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Experience in the energy or utility industry is a plus
