Job Description:
Interpublic Group is seeking a part-time Remote Account Support Manager to join our team in Abu Dhabi, AE. This role is ideal for a motivated and confident individual with at least 6 years of experience in account management.
Responsibilities: - Manage client accounts remotely, ensuring client satisfaction and retention - Provide support to the account management team, including creating reports, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for growth - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service to clients - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the main point of contact for any account-related inquiries - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to provide strategic recommendations to clients - Monitor account performance and KPIs, making data-driven decisions to optimize results
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field - 6+ years of experience in account management or a related role - Proven track record of managing client accounts and delivering exceptional results - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills - Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively - Experience working remotely and collaborating with virtual teams
